Cupcakes, the new 'big' thing! In general, we make 3 different sized cupcakes, mini- which have a base of approx 3cm, and a bite size, med- which have a base of approx 4 cm, and are designed to be a coffee serve, and large- which the bases are approx 5-6cm, and are designed to be a 'cake' serve (not to be confused with a large muffin sized cupcake!)
