Whoopie Pies!

There is a new love here at Funky, and it's called 'whoopie pies!' These are the new cupcakes- taking the world by storm, they originated in the packed lunches of the Amish community of Pennyslvania.

They are a delicious cross between a cupcake and cookie, sandwiched together with a sweet, creamy filling. A decadent indulgence which is bound to get your taste buds going! Soooo many flavours, it'll be hard to choose!

Some of the faves lately are, chocolate chocolate chip, vanilla bean and strawberry, carrot with butterscotch cream cheese, apple and walnut, banana and blueberry, and my personal fave- red velvet with cream cheese icing! mmmmmm! WHOOPIE!!!
